To register on Clavicons as a course-creating business, your entity must be:

- Actively involved in education, training, capacity building, or industry-related professional development.
- Able to issue or co-issue certificates for course completion.
- Committed to delivering authentic, skill-based, and learner-centered content.
2. Documentation Requirements
Businesses must provide the following during registration:
- Certificate of Incorporation or Business Registration Document
- Website URL or Professional Portfolio
- Official Email Address and Contact Phone Number
- Contact Address
- Valid Government-issued ID of the Business Representative
- All documents must be valid, clear, and verifiable.
3. Verification & Approval Process

- Clearly define Learning Objectives, Target Audience, and Included Materials.
- List Prerequisites, Course Duration, and Requirements for Certification.
- Use engaging, high-quality multimedia content (videos, slides, documents).
- Include assessments (quizzes, assignments) to measure learner understanding.
- Comply with Clavicons’ content guidelines and instructional standards.
5. Multiple Instructor Collaboration
- Businesses can assign multiple verified instructors to co-create and manage courses. Each instructor must be listed with valid credentials.
6. Certification & Recognition
- Clavicons supports automatic certificate issuance upon course completion. Businesses may customize certificates with their logo and authorized signatures, provided the course meets Clavicons’ quality benchmarks.
7. Ongoing Responsibilities
Businesses are expected to:
- Regularly update their course content.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and feedback.
- Uphold professionalism in all content and communication.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and intellectual property laws.
8. Breach & Delisting
Clavicons reserves the right to suspend or permanently delist any business that:
- Submits false information or documents.
- Fails to meet professional standards or violates platform policies.
- Receives repeated and unresolved complaints from learners.
9. Policy Updates
Clavicons may update this policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes. All registered businesses will be notified of significant changes.
